• Billing information, handled securely by my payment provider ANNA. I do not see or store your card or bank details myself.
I do not collect passwords, login details, or any sensitive personal information.

Your information is collected in two simple ways:
• When you contact me (via my website form or email)
• When you make a payment through a secure payment link.
That’s it. I don’t use hidden forms, trackers, or anything sneaky.

I do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly ask me to.

• Wix (website hosting and contact form)
• Zoho Mail (email)
• ANNA (payments)
These providers meet strong security and GDPR standards.
I do not download or store your data anywhere else unless necessary for coaching or accounting.

My website uses standard Wix cookies to make the site work properly and to understand basic visitor activity.

I do not use advanced tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics beyond what Wix provides.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

• secure service providers (Wix, Zoho, ANNA)

No one else.
8. How long I keep your information
I keep your information only for as long as necessary:
• Coaching‑related emails: up to 2 years
• Payment and invoicing records: up to 6 years (legal requirement)
After that, it’s securely deleted.
9. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
• access the information I hold about you
• ask me to correct or delete it
• withdraw consent
• object to how your data is used
• request a copy of your data
